1. General Use of Parking

1.1. Parking is provided subject to availability at the time of arrival.
1.2. You must follow all instructions given by our staff and displayed signage.
1.3. Only vehicles in a roadworthy condition and compliant with South African road laws may be parked.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. All bookings must be made online, by phone, or on-site.
2.2. Payment is required in full before or upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
2.3. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Vehicle Storage and Liability

3.1. We provide parking space only – we are not responsible for the care, custody, or safe-keeping of your vehicle or its contents.
3.2. Parking is entirely at your own risk. We do not accept liability for:

Theft, loss, or damage to the vehicle or contents.

Damage caused by fire, weather, vandalism, or third parties.
3.3. Customers are advised not to leave valuables in their vehicles.

4. Valet and Transfer Services (if applicable)

4.1. If valet or shuttle services are provided, you authorise our staff to move your vehicle for operational purposes.
4.2. We take reasonable care, but accept no liability for minor scratches, dents, or mechanical issues arising from normal operation.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. Ensure your vehicle is locked, windows are closed, and alarms/immobilisers are activated before leaving.
5.2. Ensure your vehicle has valid licence, insurance, and is roadworthy.
5.3. Collect your vehicle within the booked period. Extended stays may incur additional charges.

6. Uncollected Vehicles

6.1. Vehicles not collected within 30 days after the booked period, without written arrangements, may be considered abandoned.
6.2. We reserve the right to recover outstanding charges and remove such vehicles at the owner’s cost.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including strikes, natural disasters, or government actions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By using our parking services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
